Gas buried polyethylene pipe is made of polyethylene resin, is a new type of pipe products for the city gas transmission and distribution network. It has good corrosion resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance, resistance to distortion, wear resistance, impact resistance, anti-seismic.
 
The inner wall is smooth, and the friction coefficient is small, so it can improve the flow rate and increase the flow. Compared to the metal pipe with the same diameter the transmission flow can rasie more than 30%, and save power consumption.
 
It can use hot-melt conjunction and electro fusion connection, the interface strength is higher than the strength of the pipe itself.
Compared with the metal pipe, it is high strength, good flexibility, and the pipe can be coiled and continuous, so it can reduce the interface quantity to save the project cost. the service life can be up to 50 years, save updated maintenance costs. There is no electrochemical corrosion of steel pipe perforation, to avoid The occurrence of a vicious incident.
 
Products are divided into two pressure levels, diameter φ20 ~ φ800. Mainly used in gas, industrial gas transmission and distribution areas, it is suitable for the artificial gas, natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas and other combustible gas transport which temperature is between -20 ºC ~ 40 ºC.
